Very professional, timely and efficient. Had them check my humidifier. He didnt have that particular filter on the truck. So we scheduled another time for him to come out and replace my filters at no extra charge. Very nice. Would recommend.

Flawlessly. Another company came out earlier in the day and told us the unit was beyond repair and that carrier didn’t make the part I needed, entire unit had to be replaced…..I called Best and the tech came out and fixed it within an hour and charged only a fraction of the replacement cost. He then explained how it worked and what went wrong. Perfect dream experience. Will go to from now one.

This company is fantastic! They were able to come out the next day and install the unit I asked for (2 1/2 ton I believe) and were very professional about the whole process. They were also one of the less expensive companies on top of that. And they even had a quality check technician come out a week or so after the installation to check over the unit. He noticed they didn’t install a float switch but installed it himself, with no charge. I would definitely hire these guys again!

The problem focused over the weekend and Best was able to come out on Monday, problem was corrected that day, but re occured a week later. At the second service call it was corrected completely. So far so good.

They did a fantastic job. They were professional, very efficient, and I have perfect heat now. They cleaned up after they were done and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The entire process was flawless. I reached out via Angie’s List after hours and I immediately received a callback from the owner. We discussed my current situation, 20yr-old unit leaking refrigerant and water from the coils on furnace controls. Even with scheduled booked out for weeks, he found a slot where a service tech could come out and recharge unit, and give estimate for replacement unit. AFter speaking with Tech, I scheduled replacement install for the following week. Service Tech was phenomenal, as he explained, as no other A/C company has, that the furnace did not necessarily need to be replaced if heat exchanged was not damaged. During the install of new unit, installers took multiple pics of heat exchanger and determined it did not need to be replaced. If it di in the future, they would have all necessary info to complete replacement… AFter completing install of unit, charging, and test run, the process was closed with an electronic invoice including all pics of units, warranty, and service contract. I would highly recommend this company o anyone looking to get great service, clean and friendly techs, and excellent equipment for a great price!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great job. They were honest and forthcoming. Impressive installation time. Easy to work with. Friendly. Honest. Understood what we wanted and what our needs were. Talked to 6 other companies and Best was by far the absolute best!

Russ was great at helping me diagnose some problems we were having with an older system. He was very honest and advised me to avoid spending money on things that were not going to be helpful. I feel that another HVAC company would have provided services just to make money even if it was not needed. And Travis, the technician, was thorough, expediant, and knowledgeable. I could not more highly reccomend Best Service Heating and Cooling. Thank you for the great customer sevice.

Matt arrived on time and ready to go. He took his time getting all the readings he need to properly diagnose both my furnace and air conditioner, showing me the readings to ensure my understanding. Matt’s attention to detail and connectivity with me throughout the visit was exemplary and much appreciated. I also appreciate that he provided me with options, building trust and rapport. I will now research the quotes he provided to me, without pressure.
