We had a routine inspection yesterday… We have a maintenance agreement that provides a couple of inspections a year. The technician’s name was Matt. As usual, he arrived within the scheduled time frame and was courteous and professional. We have used this company for many years and have ALWAYS had great service from very good technicians.
Matt was our technician and he was fantastic. He got right to work and was extremely knowledgeable. He located our problem and was able to fix it on the spot and he took the time to answer all of our questions. We will definitely use Best Service for all of our HVAC needs.
Mat came to check out our A/C system and gave a report of his findings. Seemed very thorough and answered all our questions. He did leave a klein magnetic quarter inch nut driver which i would like to return , if he calls we can make arrangements for return,

We thought we needed a new thermostat for our AC. I had authorized whatever repairs were needed to fix it. After the diagnosis it was something that could be easily fixed. I would only need to pay the cost of the service call. The tech could have replaced my thermostat and charged me hundreds. He did not. I highly recommend Best Service Heating and Cooling.
