Our furnace had no heat last Fri. I called the Best Service and a gentleman told me they would send a technician on Saturday to check it. The technician did come as promised and unfortunately, it needed a new inducer and the part store closed during the weekend.

This morning (Monday), the Best Service located the part and immediately sent the technician to repair our furnace. Now the furnace is working and we are happy, especially when outside temperature is dropping.

The repairman came and was super nice, and honest. Did not try to sell anything extra. We decided it was better to replace whole furnace instead of repair. Today it was installed, so I cannot rate unit, though it’s quiet and works. I can rate the guys and installation. Everyone was awesome, from delivery to tear out, to installation. Polite respectful and honest. Cannot say enough good things about Best Service. I am completely satisfied and happy. Thank you!

Technician stopped by to give a new unit estimate while the normal sales guy was out of town. He fixed our broken A/C for no charge, though he cautioned it would only be temporary. Still, fixing it to give us some time to choose the right new unit in comfort meant the world to us. May or may not go with them for the new install, but definitely would recommend for service.

I can’t say enough how great these people are. They are all very courteous and helpful. From phone call to service, I was very pleased. My furnace was cleaned to look new. A new thermostat that I purchased before hand was installed.  This barely cost $100 for all their work and they were here 2 hours. (They= the technician and an apprentice.)

I had to call back on a Sunday morning at 6 a.m. and left a message. Within 2 minutes, the owner called back. The blower motor was about to go out. He walked me through some steps to try and figure out the problem. The blower motor was indeed in its death throws. He then told me to call my home warranty company, since this is a new house (to us) and have them send someone. Even though the owner knew it wouldn’t be his company, due to not being a selected contractor with the warranty company, he remained helpful.

Best Service lives up to their name and they will surely be getting my future business.  This includes an incredibly, reasonably priced service contract.

Donnie from Best Service Heating & Cooling is THE MAN! We’ve been dealing with heat pump problems since we moved into our house back in 2013 and none of the three other “experts” that have been out here have been able to diagnose or fix the problem. We were actually considering buying a new furnace until Donnie came out and discovered that we had a wiring problem. Not only is the heat working correctly now, but it’s working more efficiently, which will save us money on electric. I purchased a home several years ago that was 40+ years old with a furnace inside that was nearly the same age. In the middle of winter, that furnace went out and I was afraid I was going to have to find a way to come up with the money to purchase a new system. I spoke with Best Service that evening and they had a tech on site the next day! Donnie came to my home to conduct a furnace checkup. He was very professional. He found a loose wire on one of the zone controls and correct that free of charge. He cleaned inside the furnace and ran various diagnostic checks.

He found a few issues with my humidifier and furnace fan which I will probably have him back to correct. He was not pushy nor did he try to sell me on any return services. Based on his knowledge and performance I will ask for him next time I use their services.
