Angel came to Best Service in June 2013. As our Office Manager, Angel does her best to keep things running as smoothly as possible on a daily basis. She’s responsible for scheduling and keeps our guys moving from job to job. As the person responsible for payroll she’s also everyone’s best friend at least once a week! From paperwork to contracts to utilities, Angel’s the one keeping things going each day.

Outside of the office, Angel enjoys hanging out with friends, listening to music and working out life’s frustrations at the shooting range.

Social Media & Marketing
Devin joined the team in February 2016. As our Social Media & Marketing guy, Devin handles all of the content for our website and social media channels as well as our trade show planning and marketing strategies. He also assists with answering the phone and scheduling service.

Outside of the office, Devin loves traveling and spending time with his family. He also enjoys writing and is the Author of the Bump the Monster series of adventures for children.

Michelle Bowersmith is the Administrative Assistant at Best Service Heating and Cooling. She has been in the HVAC industry since 2012, starting off working the parts counter on wholesale side of the business. She holds several industry certifications including a universal EPA 608 card, Factory Authorized Parts Certified and Honeywell University Certified.
In her free time, you can find her with her dogs, a Pitbull named Deegan, and a Pug named Meeka. Deegan is a rescue dog who came from an abusive situation, he was supposed to be only a foster dog, but it turns out he found his forever home with Michelle. Over the years she has committed a lot of time and energy into animal rescue working with a multitude of organizations, a true passion of hers.
On any given night October- June you will find her rooting on her favorite sports team, The Columbus Blue Jackets #FIFTHLINE. Her boyfriend, Jason, and her attend as many games as they can each season. They also enjoy live music, going to comedy shows and traveling the world every chance they get as a result of their joint wanderlust.
Michelle is a gifted napper and snack eater, her other interest include reading, writing, photography, tattoos and spending way too much money online shopping. She is a self-proclaimed nerd, an avid Harry Potter fan, has watched Star Wars more times than she can count- and loves to belt out the greatest hits of the 90’s at the top of her lungs; regardless of if she’s in tune or not.
