Russ & Cookie Christian
“A GOOD name is rather to be chosen than great riches, and loving favor rather than silver and gold.”
Russ graduated the HVAC program at ITT Tech in 1978. Following graduation, Russ spent four years working as a Service Technician and Installer before moving into a Service Manager position with a HVAC company in Dallas, TX. In 1989, Russ accepted a position as Operations Manager with a large HVAC company that relocated him to Columbus, OH. Nearly four years later, Russ decided to follow his dream of starting his own business and, in 1992, Best Service Heating & Cooling, Inc was born!
By all the means you can.
In all the ways you can.
In all the places you can.
At all the times you can.
To all the people you can.
As long as ever you can.”
~ John Wesley
Cookie was inducted into the HVAC business by her husband, Russ. Her background is in Office Management, Accounting, and people. She was born a “Buckeye” and was raised in Grove City, Ohio. Cookie was recruited from a top 3 accounting frim to work in a large HVAC company where she met, and later married, Russ. After realizing the gifts that Russ possessed in the HVAC industry, she encouraged Russ to start his own business.
It was faith in God and total belief in her husband’s abilities that has seen them through over 25 years of owning and operating their own company.
