Very happy with the service we received! Our heating had been acting strange for a few weeks and we were having a hard time maintaining the temperature, after changing the thermostat and determining that wasn’t the issue like we hoped, we realized it was time to call someone. Setting up the appointment was very easy, I called around 9am and they said someone would be by between 9 and noon the same day. Matt Stanton came out to our house and could not have been any nicer or more professional, he was able to find the part we needed the same day even among a parts shortage (originally we thought it would take a week to get it), and everything was fixed by 2:30 the same day during one of the coldest weeks of the winter thus far. You never know with heating and cooling companies, it’s very easy to get taken since most people don’t know much about it and they can catch you in a moment of desperation. But we felt like Matt was completely honest with us, he explained everything thoroughly and even gave us advice on how to best improve our system in the future. Highly recommend!

Of course my furnace went out during the coldest days of the year so far. Called Best Service as a second estimate after another company gave me an ASTRONOMICAL estimate that the tech told me may NOT fix my issue but they “HAD” to address that first. So to clarify ASTRONOMICAL, $3,200. I called Best Service and they were able to get a tech out within hours and he fixed the issue quickly for a total cost including the service fee for $115. Literally a small part needed to be cleaned and my furnace is back up and running. I will definitely be using them from now on for all of my HVAC needs. I highly recommended them.

We were overwhelmingly happy with the speedy response and the professionalism of the company and their tech, as both worked to get our HVAC system restored. We noticed the inside temp rising late in the day Tuesday, and realized we hadn’t heard the air handler kick-on recently. The thermostat was calling for AC but not getting it. We called the next morning and were able to get squeezed into the schedule that same day. The tech quickly diagnosed that our blower motor and control board had both failed. The company was able to get the needed parts overnight, and as luck would have it, rain caused a cancellation of a scheduled job that opened up a slot for the tech to return and make the repair. Luckily, the parts were still under warranty, so we only had to pay for labor.

This company is fantastic! They were able to come out the next day and install the unit I asked for (2 1/2 ton I believe) and were very professional about the whole process. They were also one of the less expensive companies on top of that. And they even had a quality check technician come out a week or so after the installation to check over the unit. He noticed they didn’t install a float switch but installed it himself, with no charge. I would definitely hire these guys again!

The entire process was flawless. I reached out via Angie’s List after hours and I immediately received a callback from the owner. We discussed my current situation, 20yr-old unit leaking refrigerant and water from the coils on furnace controls. Even with scheduled booked out for weeks, he found a slot where a service tech could come out and recharge unit, and give estimate for replacement unit. AFter speaking with Tech, I scheduled replacement install for the following week. Service Tech was phenomenal, as he explained, as no other A/C company has, that the furnace did not necessarily need to be replaced if heat exchanged was not damaged. During the install of new unit, installers took multiple pics of heat exchanger and determined it did not need to be replaced. If it di in the future, they would have all necessary info to complete replacement… AFter completing install of unit, charging, and test run, the process was closed with an electronic invoice including all pics of units, warranty, and service contract. I would highly recommend this company o anyone looking to get great service, clean and friendly techs, and excellent equipment for a great price!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can’t say enough how great these people are. They are all very courteous and helpful. From phone call to service, I was very pleased. My furnace was cleaned to look new. A new thermostat that I purchased before hand was installed.  This barely cost $100 for all their work and they were here 2 hours. (They= the technician and an apprentice.)

I had to call back on a Sunday morning at 6 a.m. and left a message. Within 2 minutes, the owner called back. The blower motor was about to go out. He walked me through some steps to try and figure out the problem. The blower motor was indeed in its death throws. He then told me to call my home warranty company, since this is a new house (to us) and have them send someone. Even though the owner knew it wouldn’t be his company, due to not being a selected contractor with the warranty company, he remained helpful.

Best Service lives up to their name and they will surely be getting my future business.  This includes an incredibly, reasonably priced service contract.
